Return & Exchange policy

Because most of our items are perishable, we can only offer returns on items within 3 working days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To request a refund, please email us at sales@wellemirates.com and we will respond within 48 hours.

We do not offer returns if:

  • You ordered more than 3 working days ago
  • The product has been opened
  • You decided that you did not like the item after opening

Refund process

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
