Q. How many days in a week does the meal plan cover?
A. Our plans are designed for 5 days a week; therefore, the monthly plan covers 20 days.

Q. Can I choose my menu every week?
A. We have a standard menu every week with different dishes for up to 4 weeks. The menu will be shared with you each week to check what you will be getting. If you have requested for any preferences, this will be shared with you by our Client Experience Team before the start of the week. Your bag will have the standard menu macros for the day so you can see how many Carbohydrates, Protein and Fat you will be consuming on that day.
Q. Could I drop meals as I would need only 2 main meals?
A. Yes, you can drop any one main meal eg: You would like to enjoy dinner with your family, in that case you will get Breakfast, Lunch and a Snack and we will offer you the price based on that.
Q. What happens if I must travel during my plan?
A. Our meal plan is extremely flexible, and we work around your plans. Let our Client Experience Team know 24 hours ahead of time regarding your travel plans and we will pause your plan until you notify us to restart it. Please note a 2 hours’ notice is very important for us to be able to make arrangements for your meal.
Q. If I change my location in the middle of the plan, is that a concern?
A. Please share your new address details (Flat No, Building/Block No, Street Name and Location Pin) over 24 hours in advance with our Client Experience Team. We will review the address and confirm whether we deliver there after this the delivery will be as normal.
Q. What is a Well Cooler Bag Deposit fee?
A. Every day the delivery team will bring your meals in a Well Cooler Bag with ice packs in them. We charge you a one-time fee of AED120 as a security deposit apart from the Meal Plan price. This amount is refundable once we receive all your bags in the same condition you received it along with the ice packs. We will need your bank account details for this purpose when you request for a refund which takes 7-10 working days. You can speak to our Client Experience team for more details on the refund.
Q. Since you are based in Abu Dhabi, do you also deliver in other parts of the UAE?
A. Yes, we deliver our meals in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ain and other parts of the UAE. Please share your location pin with our Client Experience Team to confirm whether we will be able to deliver the meals to your location as we may not be able to deliver in remote areas.
Q. What are your delivery time slots?
A. We deliver from Sunday to Friday and have 3 slots for delivery.
2am to 7am
8am to 12pm
3pm to 9pm
Q. Will the driver call to inform me when the bag is being dropped?
A. If you prefer a call, let our Client Experience Team know who will give instructions to the delivery team. Please note, if you choose a delivery time slot of 2am to 7am you may expect a call anytime between this time (this could mean a call at 3am or 4 am) so please take that into consideration.
Q. How long is the food safe in the Well Cooler Bag?
A. The Well Cooler Bags are kept in the chiller vans and there are ice packs added inside the bag to keep the meal temperature cool before it is delivered to you. Having said that, since we live in the UAE, the weather conditions can be extreme when it comes to heat. We recommend, you place the meal containers in the fridge within the delivery time slot.
Q. How do I heat the meals at work?
A. Remove the plastic lids or any other plastic containers before placing the meal in the microwave. Depending on the type of dish offered, heat them for around 2 minutes as overheating will either overcook or dry the food. If it is still cold depending on the type of microwave being use, heat the meal for little longer if needed.
Bakery items is best to be warmed for 12-15 seconds. Please note, there could be salad items like lettuce that need not be heated.
